Rickshaw Puller

A rickshaw puller is a man who drives a rickshaw. He is a familiar figure in cities and towns. He lives in a slum. His dress is very shabby. His income is very poor.

He supported his family through great hardship. He toils hard. He is seen conveying travelers. He deals with. His travelers. He requests more when the weather conditions is exceptionally blistering or foul.

They are seen sleeping beneath a tree or sitting idly on his rickshaw. Though he drives rickshaws from morning till late night, he leads a very miserable life. His financial condition could be better. His life is full of sorrows and suffering. He cannot enjoy peace and happiness.

If he becomes sick. He needs to find a way to drive his rickshaw and earn money. He goes without food. The rickshaw puller gives valuable service to middle-class people. So, he should be shown sympathy and kindness.
